The Aussie Citizenship Test

Update:  Lainey scored 95% on her test!!

I’m very excited about getting my citizenship here in Australia.  After four years I will finally be an “Aussie” of sorts.  Mainly it means that I can come and go from Australia without a Visa and will finish the fiinal step my migration journey.  I can vote, er… I mean I will have to vote (it’s compulsary), and I will be a permanent resident.

The test is something that has only come around in the past few years, but is now required for all citizenship - it requires you to understand English and to understand “western” values.  Thought I’d study by posting some items from the test here I will need to know and in the same note educate you on the values, responsibities and privileges of Australian citizenship.

After reviewing my notes, you’ll be ready to pass the exam… or write a 5th grade book report on Australia (ha ha).
